Regent lays claim to be the most inclusive experience among the major luxury cruise lines. Everything else -- including flights, shore excursions, beverages and onboard gratuities -- is included in the price, so there are no unexpected hidden extras that might give you palpitations at the end of the trip. These exclusive experiences are scheduled for select voyages only and include culinary-themed land tours and onboard food & wine pairing, cooking classes and tastings hosted at the ship's specialty restaurants. In summary, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is a luxury cruise line that offers all-inclusive sailings to some of the most desirable destinations in the world. The line is known for its exceptional service, gourmet dining options, and commitment to sustainability.
Sail Into Savings
Reception offers currency exchange on some occasions -- from U.S. dollars to euros, for example. In warm weather, the action moves to the lido deck (Deck 11), home to the pool, a grill, a bar and the La Veranda buffet restaurant. At night, three lounges and a cigar bar offer different vibes, from mellow to lively. Complimentary fitness classes and a focus on mindful living will keep you looking and feeling good as you explore the world with like-minded travellers, indulging in the things that bring you joy.

Seven Seas Grandeur launched at the end of 2023 and elevates the line's 'standard offerings' (which are anything but standard) to a whole new level. Highlights include a 1,600-piece art collection including an exquisite Faberge egg, elaborate new production shows and more than 130 dishes created exclusively for the ship. The latest innovations in technology and wellness also take centre stage, like a zero-gravity wellness massage that takes place on an amber and quartz crystal bed -- one of Seven Seas Grandeur's invigorating new spa experiences. Explorer Class vessels also offer a wide array of elegant and high-end restaurants, all included in the fare.
Former ships
All RSSC cruise customers are provided complimentary with re-useable Vero Water bottles (Regent-branded, 1 per person) to be used ashore and after the voyage to take home as a souvenir. The ship has 15 suite categories, all with their own balconies. The pinnacle of sailing options is the 4,443-square-foot Regent Suite at $11,000 a night. It features a $200,000 Hästens Vividus custom handmade mattress, an in-suite spa retreat with a personal sauna and steam room and 270-degree views from the ship’s bow from a 1,292-square-foot wraparound veranda. Those passengers get their own butler and personal car and driver in every port.
On the final evening of the cruise, when everyone is busy packing to go home, the dress code sensibly is "relaxed casual." You'll also find specialist guest lecturers onboard to enrich every trip. Spotlight Voyages take this concept one step further with a range of programming tailored to special interests like war history, winemaking or tracing your ancestors as you explore the lands where they once walked. A voyage on this ship, or any of the others in the Regent Seven Seas Cruises' fleet, is sure to be an experience that's worth writing home about.
An introduction to Regent ships
When you book with one of our partners, please be sure to check their site for a full disclosure of all applicable fees as required by the U.S. There are many different cruise lines to choose from, and each one offers a different type of experience. Some are geared towards families, while others are more focused on luxury or adventure. Do you need a wide range of activities to keep the kiddos happy while the adults live it up or relax? The onboard activities and amenities can really make or break your vacation, so be sure you know what you're getting.
I have been through at least one cooking class on a cruise ship where the dishes were so hard that I felt inept, even like a bit of a failure. But these recipes were achievable and also something I'd be excited to try to make again at home. Regent isn't the only cruise line with culinary class kitchens, but having taken classes on both the Explorer and the Grandeur -- and on quite a few other ships -- I find Regent's to be among the best. The 18-station version onboard the Grandeur, and the classes it offered, did not disappoint during a two-night cruise from Miami in January.

REGENT SEVEN SEAS CRUISES® ALL-INCLUSIVE LUXURY CRUISES
Though high fares mean passengers must be well-heeled to sail on Voyager, we found our fellow passengers to be surprisingly down-to-earth and friendly -- not the jet-setter types who flaunt their wealth. With so many destinations and itineraries to choose from, your next luxury holiday could be closer than you think. Whether you stay overnight or are in port for the day, your toughest decision will probably be choosing which of the complimentary (and unlimited) shore excursions you would like to do first. Onboard, you’ll find a range of elevated and unique experiences designed to appeal to the line's cultured and well-travelled clientele. For example, why not learn how to recreate dishes from the places you're visiting at the Culinary Arts Kitchen – Regent's state-of-the-art onboard cooking school? This is arguably the ultimate souvenir as it lasts forever and the dishes you make back home will bring back wonderful memories of your trip.

The itinerary durations vary from 7 nights to the 154-night World Cruise 2026, along with 5 Grand Voyages. Among the highlights are 5 new ports in Madagascar and 2 Panama Canal transits on Seven Seas Grandeur. As part of the experience, passengers enjoy 'Included Unlimited Shore Excursions' at each port, and the collection includes 124 overnight stays in destinations like Istanbul, Bangkok, and Luxor.
Jeans aren't allowed in restaurants or lounges in the evenings. Among standout features, all Explorer Class vessels have an elaborate cooking classroom, which doesn't exist on older Regent ships. Dubbed the Culinary Arts Kitchen, each of these venues has 18 individual cooking stations tricked out with top-of-the-line induction cooktops, stainless steel sinks and all sorts of cool cooking equipment. They're backed by floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the ocean.
Or, discover Asia on the 61-night Grand Asia Exploration Grand Voyage from Auckland to Tokyo on the Seven Seas Explorer. This voyage takes you through New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Singapore, the Philippines, and more, with overnights in Melbourne, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Shanghai, and Osaka. Experience the Grand Continental Sojourn, an 84-night journey from Barcelona to Sydney aboard the luxurious Seven Seas Navigator.
Most onboard services are grouped here, making for easy access to the front desk, destinations desk, library, casino, shops and espresso bar. As is the case with Regent's Explorer Class ships, all the cabins on the Small Cruise Ship Class vessels are suites. Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner are all-balcony ships, too. One big difference, though, is that these three older ships don't have the truly giant suites found on the Explorer Class ships. The biggest suites on all three of the vessels are in the 1,000-square-foot to 1,200-square-foot range. All three of the ships also have an elaborate Serene Spa & Wellness Center with treatment rooms and a relaxation room.
